Which data do I use?

• Details you give me when registering or getting in touch: name, date of birth, address, phone number and e-mail address.
• Appointment details: when you come and which treatment you receive.
• Notes I make during or after a consultation, for the follow-up of your treatment.
• Payment details, insofar as necessary for invoicing.

What do I use them for?

Only to properly carry out the treatment and keep my administration: making and rescheduling appointments, guiding you during the treatment, and invoicing and retaining payment records as the tax authorities require. Your data are never used for marketing and never sold or shared with other parties.

This website

This website places no cookies, uses no analytics and does not track you. Through the registration form, the entered details are sent securely (encrypted) and stored directly in my admin environment.

Retention

I keep your data for as long as you are a client, and afterwards for as long as legally required — for financial records this is seven years. Notes about treatments I keep for as long as needed for good follow-up.

Your rights

You have the right to view, correct or delete your data, and to object to its processing. Just ask: call or e-mail me and I will arrange it. If you are unhappy about how I handle your data, you can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

Your data sit behind a secure login and can only be viewed by me. With everyone who works on the technology and hosting, I make additional confidentiality arrangements.

I may adjust this statement from time to time; the current version is always on this page.
